Everything in Personal

Your entire financial picture, from transactions to tomorrow.

Import and organize real activity, understand your monthly spending, plan recurring payments, and tune a dashboard around the decisions that matter to you.

Feature area 01

Accounts and imports

Start with transactions you control.

5 capabilities
01.01

Statement imports

Bring in supported CSV, PDF and OFX bank or credit-card statements. Layout and institution support varies; review extracted transactions.

01.02

Accounts and balances

Organize multiple cash, chequing, savings and credit accounts, then inspect transactions and balances by account.

01.03

Optional bank connections

Where a bank connection option is offered, you may choose to use it instead of manual imports. This is separate from Cloud Sync.

01.04

Transfers and duplicates

Recognize potential transfers between your accounts and review duplicates before they distort cash flow.

01.05

Statement reconciliation

Compare imported activity against statement opening and closing balances and investigate differences.

Feature area 02

Organize and understand

Turn imported records into useful categories.

5 capabilities
02.01

Transaction review

Inspect merchant names, descriptions, dates and categories; correct unexpected imports before relying on reports.

02.02

Categories and rules

Create reusable categorization rules for future activity while avoiding statement-specific dates and other overly narrow text.

02.03

Income and expenses

Separate money coming in from money going out, track net monthly cash flow and spot category changes.

02.04

Spending trends

Compare months, review category breakdowns and identify changes in everyday expenses.

02.05

Custom reports and filters

Narrow views by periods and supported accounts so a large transaction history remains manageable.

Feature area 03

Plan a realistic month

Budget around your actual financial habits.

5 capabilities
03.01

Monthly targets

Set category amounts and review them beside transaction activity instead of planning from memory.

03.02

Category funding and rollover

Follow the funding of categories and available carryover where the chosen budgeting workflow supports it.

03.03

Goals and sinking funds

Set aside money for larger expenses and measure progress over multiple months.

03.04

Debts and obligations

Keep loans, liabilities and payment commitments in view alongside cash accounts.

Feature area 04

Look ahead

Make the next 30, 60 or 90 days less surprising.

04.02

Forecast exceptions

Exclude inaccurate repeats, update dates and reconcile amounts when circumstances change.

04.05

Upcoming cash flow

See expected payments in a forward-looking timeline and plan around clustered due dates.

Built for real records

Details that make the difference.

A useful financial workspace needs guardrails, not just charts.

01

Review before you trust the totals

Transactions may need categorization, duplicate review or transfer matching. You can inspect and adjust imported activity before relying on reports.

02

Plan around real recurring events

Recurring bills and income sources contribute to the forward-looking cash-flow view. Exclude exceptions that should not recur.

03

Start manually, connect optionally

CSV, PDF and OFX are among supported statement paths, depending on the financial institution and layout. Optional bank connections use third-party providers.

Frequently asked

Personal questions, answered.

Do I need to connect a bank?

No. Statement imports and manual records can be used without handing over banking credentials. Optional third-party connections have their own availability and consent.

Are forecasts guaranteed?

No. They are projections based on the information, rules and expected events available in Cashflow Pilot, not guarantees of available bank funds.

Can I keep financial data only on this device?

Yes. Financial data is local-first and Cloud Sync is optional. Signing in and subscribing to a newsletter are separate choices.

What happens if I import the same statement again?

Review potential duplicates and reconciliation differences before accepting the result. Do not assume every institution or statement format can be deduplicated automatically.

Data ownership and safety

Your account, your data, your choice.

You decide how to use your information, whether to connect a bank, and whether to sync across devices.

01

Local by default

Financial records are available on the device. You can start without linking a bank or enabling cloud replication.

02

Sync when you want

Signing in and Cloud Sync are different choices. Turn on Cloud Sync if you want to use supported information on other devices. Not every file or sensitive field is included.

03

Back up independently

Save a backup so you have a copy if you ever need to restore your information.

How it works

From first record to a clearer view.

Use the workflow that fits your existing data. Bank connections and Cloud Sync are optional, separate choices.

01

Add accounts

Create your accounts and import supported statements.

02

Review the records

Check merchants, categories, duplicates and transfers.

03

Plan the month

Set targets, recurring activity and obligations.

04

Keep a safety copy

Export a backup; turn on Cloud Sync only if wanted.
