Good to know

Answers before you reach out.

Do I have to connect my bank to use Cashflow Pilot?

No. You can import supported statements instead. Optional connections may be available for some institutions and accounts.

Does signing in automatically turn on Cloud Sync?

No. You can use Cashflow Pilot locally. If Cloud Sync is offered for your account, you choose separately whether to enable it in settings.

What should I do before changing devices?

Make a backup first. You can use Backup everything for supported workspace data. Business supporting documents need a separate Documents ZIP. Read the moving-device guide.

Can support restore deleted information?

Recovery depends on what backups and available synced records you have. Keeping your own recent backup is the safest choice.
